Streamlined Virtual Visit Experience with GTL
GTL's Internet Visits application offers a user-friendly interface that simplifies the process of scheduling and conducting virtual visits, making it an essential tool for maintaining connections with incarcerated individuals.
This app allows video visitation on your Android device and should be downloaded after 'GTL - Schedule Visits (1 of 2)'. Please note that 'GTL - Internet Visits (2 of 2)' does not have an icon but will work in the background once downloaded. With both of these apps installed, you can register yourself and other visitors, schedule and cancel visits, and update your account information directly from your Android device.
Important: Before starting your visit, please check the following:
- Use headphones to minimize echo.
- Avoid excessive movement during the visit.
- If you see a flashing warning icon, it means that the video quality is decreasing.
- If you are using a WiFi connection, stay near your access point.
- Note that sharing WiFi can affect video quality.
- If the inmate video is lost, close the app and try again.
